How can we more effectively deliver cadaver-based anatomy curriculums to plastic surgery trainees? Luis Antezana @alexantezana and his co-authors from the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, are evaluating a new mode of cadaveric anatomy teaching with question-based modules in order to stimulate learning and improve knowledge retention. He and his co-authors demonstrate favorable initial success in the implementation of such modules hand, leg, anterior thigh, torso, and orbital anatomy -- within the curriculum.
