PLEASE NOTE: Residents, fellows and medical students studying at the Annual Meeting host institution (UCLA) shall receive complimentary meeting registration for that Annual Meeting year provided they are members of the Research Council. If a resident, fellow or medical student is not yet a member of the Research Council, they must have a completed membership application on file and scheduled for election in the next immediate election cycle in order to receive complimentary registration.
AGAIN THIS YEAR: To encourage all member participation, we are excited to announce a discount for our EMERITUS MEMBERS. Emeritus Members can now register for the Annual Meeting and attend the Member’s Social on Saturday evening at the Gable Lombard Penthouse Suite, Roosevelt Hotel Rooftop for $200.

Cancellation Policy: Up to and including Monday, April 27, 2026: Registrants may cancel either by logging into their existing registration online or by emailing a cancellation request to meetings@ps-rc.org. If cancelled online, a refund, less a $50 administrative fee, will be issued automatically; if the cancellation request is emailed, the registration fee, less a administrative fee, will be refunded AFTER the meeting. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after Monday, April 27, 2026. Fees cannot be reduced for partial attendance.
