All requests for cancellations must be received in writing. If a written request of cancellation is received at the Council's Administrative Office prior to Monday, April 29, the registration fee, less a $50.00 administrative fee, will be refunded after the meeting. Refund requests received after Monday, April 29 will not be honored.
PLEASE NOTE: Residents, fellows and medical students studying at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine shall receive complimentary meeting registration for that Annual Meeting year provided they are members of the Research Council. If a resident, fellow or medical student is not yet a member of the Research Council, they must have a completed membership application on file and scheduled for election in the next immediate election cycle in order to receive complimentary registration.
