Lab Facilities Lab Facilities: 750 sq. ft. biochemical wet laboratory equipped for radioimmunoassay, radioenzymatic assays, and immunoblotting assays 175 sq. ft. cell culture room equipped with two hoods and microscopes 200 sq. ft. tissue culture room equipped for culture of human skeletal muscle 250 sq. ft. isotope room equipped with and counter Storage room space for centrifuge and deep freezer. Centralized research services facilities including histology, graphic, imaging, statistics, sequencing, etc. Animal Facilities: Holding rooms for rats, rabbits, mice and pigs. Containment unit for experiments using adenovirus mediated gene therapy. Small and large animal surgical rooms supervised by a certified veterinarian.
